Customer success · AI · Revenue retention
I find the revenue you're already losing.
Most companies chase new logos while revenue quietly leaks out of the accounts they already have. I build the systems that find those leaks and close them. Lately I've been building AI agents to take on part of that work.

Why I'm a CSM by nature
Customer success is treated as a relationship job.I understand it as an engineering one.
My first career was in the oil industry, as a project and QHSE engineer. There were two halves to that job. One was construction: building the gathering systems that connect the wells and carry the oil through to the central processing facility.
The other was prevention: finding the hazards before they turned into incidents, writing the protocols, and digging into root cause so the same thing never happened again.
I brought both halves with me. I still build the systems that connect things, and I still spend my time on what could go wrong before it does. I only changed what I was constructing, and what I was preventing.
Churn is not something that quietly comes over an account. It is a failure with a cause, and causes can be found, measured, predicted and designed out.
Capabilities
What I actually do
Solution architecture
I get involved before the contract is signed, not after. Mapping what the client is actually trying to achieve, designing the solution that fits it, then leading the implementation team that builds it.
Customer success operations
Onboarding that shortens time to value. Success plans tied to the customer's own objectives. QBRs, ROI reporting and playbooks written well enough to survive a handover.
AI agents for customer success
Around nine skills and agents built so far, working inside the CS function itself. Business reviews, account segmentation, meeting actions, proposals. The repetitive layer, handled.
Churn & retention engineering
Failure-mode analysis across the book, early risk detection, and mitigation plays a whole team will actually run. Not a dashboard nobody opens.
Selected work
Problems, and what closed them
Two days of business review prep, done in thirty minutes
Executive business reviews were costing one to two days each, so they were being rationed. I built a skill that runs the same judgement a strong CSM runs, in the same order.
Prep time cut by roughly 95%The account that was ready to leave, twice
Close to a third of my book, sitting at 41% adoption, with a renewal coming. The configuration genuinely didn't fit how they worked, so I fixed that before touching anything else.
Adoption 41% to 75% · ~7x ROI · saved twiceOur metrics weren't showing leadership the value of customer success
Sales were strong and revenue was still going backwards. Rebuilding the function changed what the business chose to fund.
94% CSAT · sales cycle down 30% · productivity up 35%A churn play every CSM would actually run
Good playbooks existed. Nobody ran them, because under pressure people fall back on instinct. So I built one that was easier to run than to improvise.
Churn down 18% in two quarters · 107% NRREvidence

How much revenue is leaking from your accounts?
A structured run through onboarding, retention, measurement and expansion. You get a maturity score per dimension, the specific failure modes your answers point to, and what to fix first, in what order. It's the same assessment I run at the start of any engagement.

You can't prevent what you never detect.

Writing
Thinking out loud
From defining ROI to demonstrating impact
Why customer success ROI has to be defined against your business model before you pick a single metric.
How to secure a fair compensation package
Understanding worth, articulating value, and timing the conversation. A weakness turned into a strength.
Have you ever asked why you chose that number?
Most KPIs are inherited, not reasoned. Asking why the target is the target is half the work of hitting it.
